Reyblow is published by ORCFUS SARL AU, share capital 100 000 DH, registered office in Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: contact@orcfus.com.

Access to the public website is free. Creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Reyblow under a licence or subscription means you accept these Terms of Use and, where a paid offer applies, the General Terms.

If you use Reyblow for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Reyblow is an AI analytics product: natural-language queries, charts, dashboards, reports, and executive monitoring on data sources connected by the customer.

Features depend on the licence, plan, and deployment (including on-premise). We may improve or adapt the product, provided the core service remains consistent with the contract.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Workspace owners and administrators manage members, roles, and connected data. We may suspend access in case of security risk, unpaid invoices where applicable, or serious breach of these terms.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service except as authorised in writing
• Use Reyblow to process unlawful content or to infringe third-party rights
• Reverse engineer the product except where mandatory law allows
• Resell or sublicense Reyblow without a written agreement

The Reyblow software, trademarks, website, and documentation belong to ORCFUS SARL AU or its licensors. A licence or subscription grants a right to use the product, not ownership of it.

You retain rights in the data you connect or generate in Reyblow. You grant Orcfus a limited right to process that data solely to provide the service.

You warrant that you have the rights and legal basis to upload or connect that data.

We aim to keep the hosted service available and to provide updates. Maintenance, incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt access. On-premise availability depends on the customer’s infrastructure.

Reyblow is a professional decision-support tool. Insights, SQL, charts, and reports must be reviewed by the customer before operational use. To the extent permitted by law, Orcfus is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by misuse, incorrect source data, or decisions taken on the basis of generated outputs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Moroccan law.

These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. Courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
