This policy applies to:

• The public website reyblow.com
• The Reyblow web application (accounts, workspaces, chat, dashboards, reports, executive monitoring)
• Contact and sales communications
• Advertising and campaign measurement on platforms such as LinkedIn

It does not replace a customer’s own privacy notice for the business data they load into Reyblow.

Depending on how you use Reyblow, we may process:

• Identity and account data: name, username, email address, and a hashed password
• Workspace and billing data: organisation name, plan, invoices, and payment status
• Contact-form data: work email, interest, and message
• Usage and technical data: logs, approximate region, browser/device type, language, and feature usage
• Support messages you send us

We do not collect more personal data than we need to operate Reyblow, answer you, or run our professional advertising.

When a customer connects databases, files, or other sources, that content belongs to the customer. The customer is the controller of that business data. Orcfus processes it only to provide Reyblow.

On-premise deployments: customer data stays on the customer’s infrastructure according to the agreed deployment.

Hosted workspaces: data is processed to operate the service and is isolated per workspace.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure Reyblow
• Create and manage accounts and workspaces
• Answer contact, demo, and sales requests
• Handle billing and subscriptions
• Improve product quality and prevent abuse
• Comply with applicable law
• Run and measure advertising, including LinkedIn campaigns, so we can show relevant ads and understand their performance

When we promote Reyblow on LinkedIn or similar networks, those platforms may collect data through cookies, pixels, or similar tools in order to:

• Measure whether an ad was shown or clicked
• Limit how often you see an ad
• Understand campaign performance

We do not sell your personal data. You can manage LinkedIn advertising preferences in your LinkedIn account and control cookies in your browser.

We use essential cookies or similar storage for language preference, display theme, and login session.

If advertising is active, third parties such as LinkedIn may also set advertising or measurement cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) may then stop working.

We share personal data only when needed:

• Service providers who host, send email, or process payments, under contract
• Advertising platforms when you interact with our ads or visit pages used for campaign measurement
• Authorities if required by law
• Professional advisers bound by confidentiality

We do not sell personal data.

Account data is kept for the life of the account and a limited period after deletion for security and legal reasons.

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request.

Technical logs are kept for a limited operational period.

Customer analytics data follows the customer’s configuration and contract.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to a professional analytics product, including access control, encryption in transit, workspace isolation, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and other rules that may apply, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or limit certain processing.

If a provider processes data outside Morocco, we take steps to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.

Reyblow is a professional product. It is not directed at children.
