General Terms

Reyblow is a product of Orcfus. Offers are intended for professionals (B2B).

Depending on the order, Orcfus may provide:

• A Reyblow licence or subscription (hosted and/or on-premise)
• Implementation, architecture, or support services
• Related training or configuration

The exact scope, duration, and fees are those stated in the quote or contract.

An order is formed when the customer accepts a written quote or signs a contract, or when a subscription is activated according to the checkout process.

Orcfus may refuse an order if information is incomplete or if the request falls outside supported deployments.

Prices are those in the quote or the current commercial offer, exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, generally in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or another currency indicated on the quote.

Orcfus may change public list prices for future periods; prices already accepted in a signed quote remain valid for that quote’s validity period.

Invoices are payable according to the terms on the quote (for example on order, on delivery of access, or on a subscription cycle).

Late payment may suspend access after notice. Recoverable costs and late-payment interest may apply under Moroccan commercial rules.

Delivery means making Reyblow available: licence activation, workspace access, and/or on-premise package, as specified in the order.

The customer is responsible for providing the infrastructure, network, and source-system access required for on-premise or connected deployments.

Subscriptions run for the period stated in the order and renew according to that order unless cancelled with the notice specified there.

Perpetual or term licences follow the licence grant in the contract. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured after written notice.

Support levels are those in the contract. Reyblow is provided for professional use with reasonable skill and care.

Orcfus does not warrant that generated analyses will be error-free or fit a particular business decision. The customer remains responsible for validating outputs and for the data it connects.

Except for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited by law, Orcfus’s aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amounts paid by the customer under that order during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Orcfus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or data, to the extent permitted by law.

These General Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
